01

Subject and scope

These general terms and conditions govern the use of the website and the relationship between L'UNA SRL, having its registered office at Via Costanza Bruno, 21 — 96100 Siracusa (SR), Italy — VAT no. 01326420898, which operates the accommodation facility Musciara Resort Siracusa, and the guests who request information or make a booking.

Submitting a booking request and staying at the property entail full acceptance of the conditions set out below.

02

Bookings

Booking requests may be submitted through the dedicated form on the website, by email or by telephone. A request sent through the website does not constitute confirmation of the booking: the stay is deemed confirmed only following explicit acknowledgement by the property and payment of any amount required.

The property reserves the right to decline booking requests in the event of room unavailability or of incomplete or inaccurate information.

03

Rates and payments

The rates applied are those communicated at the time the booking is confirmed and are intended per room and per night, unless otherwise indicated. Any ancillary services not included are indicated separately.

The tourist tax, where due, is not included in the rate and is paid directly at the property in accordance with the provisions of the Municipality of Syracuse. The payment methods and terms are communicated upon confirmation.

04

Cancellation and amendment policy

The applicable cancellation and amendment conditions are those indicated at the time the booking is confirmed, depending on the rate and the period selected.

Failure to show up (no-show) or early departure do not entitle the guest to any refund. To notify a cancellation or an amendment, the property must be contacted in writing within the prescribed deadlines.

05

Check-in and check-out

Check-in is available from 2:00 pm and check-out must take place by 10:00 am, unless otherwise agreed with the reception. Upon arrival, each guest is required to present a valid identity document, as provided for by public security regulations.

06

Property rules

  • The number of guests may not exceed the capacity indicated for the room booked.
  • Quiet hours and the common areas, including the beach, restaurant and garden, must be respected.
  • Smoking is prohibited inside the rooms and enclosed spaces.
  • Access to the resort's services is permitted according to the hours and arrangements communicated by the property.
07

Guest responsibility

The guest is required to take diligent care of the premises and furnishings made available and is liable for any damage caused wilfully or negligently, whether by themselves or by the persons for whom they are responsible. The property reserves the right to charge the costs of repairing any damage found during or at the end of the stay.

08

Limitation of liability

The property takes every reasonable measure to ensure the safety and proper provision of its services, but shall not be liable for disruptions due to force majeure or to events not attributable to its own organisation. The information and images published on the website are for indicative purposes only and do not constitute a binding contractual offer.

09

Pets

The admission of pets, if any, is subject to prior request and authorisation by the property. Guests accompanied by animals are required to ensure respect for other guests and for the common areas.

10

Intellectual property

All content on the website — text, images, trademarks, logos and graphic elements — is the property of L'UNA SRL or of the respective owners and is protected by copyright law. Reproduction, even partial, without written authorisation is prohibited.

11

Processing of personal data

The personal data provided for managing requests and the stay are processed in compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR). For full details on the purposes, the methods of processing and the rights of the data subject, please refer to the Privacy Policy.

12

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by Italian law. For any dispute relating to their interpretation or performance, the Court of Syracuse shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to the application of the consumer's court of jurisdiction where provided for by mandatory rules protecting the consumer.

13

Amendments to the terms
