The day begins with the flavours of Sicily. Fresh local produce, homemade pastries, seasonal fruit, warm bread. All served overlooking the Mediterranean, with the sound of the sea beneath you.
Lunch
Light & Mediterranean
A meal without excess, designed for those who wish to stay close to the sea. Cold dishes, seafood salads, crudités and local specialities to savour slowly on the terrace.
Dinner
Sicilian cuisine — by reservation
In the evening the restaurant transforms. Authentic Syracusan cooking: pasta con le sarde (pasta with sardines and wild fennel), the day's fresh fish, arancine (Sicilian stuffed rice balls), DOC wines from Etna and Noto. The sunset sets the scene.
